Mind mapping is a technique that allows you to radial visualize information in main and subtopics. This is an ideal format to use with meetings or even facilitate meetings. It is a technique for personal use to keep track of what has been discussed and what are actionable items. A mind map also serves as a reference for later use.
Table of Contents
Since we are more accustomed to remote work, it is possible to create a mind map which is visible to all participants which allows them to easily follow the meeting and review their action items. With mind mapping tools such as MindMeister it is possible for all participants to add their own items in a shared mind map which becomes a collaborative source of info. How to set-up and work with mind maps I have discusses in a webinar which was hosted by Biggerplate. Biggerplate is the community where one can find mind maps, mind map templated and a broad set of webinars detailing out how to best make use of mind maps in your work.
