In a world where remote working becomes normal, it is impacting how people learn. Instead of classroom training and workshops, it becomes normal and maybe even convenient to use webinars instead.

How to design a webinar?
Designing a webinar or a series of webinars is much different from in-classroom training. In-classroom there is a different dynamic between presenter and participants. Of course, all the video conferencing tools allow for chats, asking questions, polls, forms, and other visualization tools. Still, the presenter needs to clearly define what is shared, why it is shared, and how it is shared. Adding to that, one always starts with defining the main goal(s). It is also important to define your webinar or instruction video will be live hosted or pre-recorded.
Why using mind mapping for designing webinar content?
Mind mapping is a technique that helps you to select important topics. After you have finalized the main topics you can easily start adding subtopics to the main topics. It is easy to rearrange the order of topics. Once you have added the subtopics you can add the elements you want to discuss with additional anecdotes, how-tos, etc.
